Welcome to Tuskers Lounge & Bar (“Tuskers”). We’re committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all our guests. By entering the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas and the parking facilities, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. General Responsibility
While every effort is made to maintain a safe and comfortable environment, guests are responsible for their personal safety and belongings while on the premises.
2. Assumption of Risk
As with any social environment, certain risks may arise, including slips, interactions with others, or incidents related to food and beverage service. By entering Tuskers, guests acknowledge and accept these ordinary risks.
3. Personal Belongings & Property
Tuskers is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items, including vehicles or property in the parking area.
4. Alcohol & Conduct
We encourage responsible enjoyment. Guests are expected to drink responsibly and behave respectfully toward others. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave to maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
5. Parking Area
Parking is provided for guest convenience. Guests assume responsibility for their vehicles and safety while using the parking area.
6. Safety & Security
Security measures may be in place to support a positive environment; however, guests should remain aware of their surroundings and take reasonable precautions.
7. Photography & Media
From time to time, photos and videos may be taken at Tuskers to capture the atmosphere and experience. By entering the premises, you consent to the use of your image in promotional, advertising, or marketing materials without compensation.
8. Compliance with Laws
All guests are expected to follow applicable laws and regulations while on the premises.
